* For better security, setting up the Authenticator or the Service NSW app methods for multi-factor authentication (MFA) will require passing an MFA challenge first.
Tip: Set up at least two factors for MFA ensuring you can always access your account with one of them. For example, if you do not have mobile reception or are overseas.
