The Dataforma (DF) App is stream-lined to give field employees the ability to access and update their DF information in real time. The App seamlessly integrates with the main DF system and enables DF users to:
* Track and update service requests from start to finish.
* Enter the work that was performed and work to be completed.
* Add/Update Field Ticket to a Work-order
* Signature capture for Field Ticket Authorization
* Ability to search for work-orders, project, buildings, companies, and contacts
* Ability to record labor for field workers by entering hours worked or through clock in/clock out functionality.
* Ability to call or email a contact
* Ability to View Roof Plan and Aerial photo of a Building
* Ability to change "Front of the Building" photo
* Add/Edit Building Areas
* Instantly map and get directions to any jobsite.
* Take photos, add comments and upload them from the roof.
* View past service requests.
* Instantly update clients through their customer portal.
* User’s GPS location will be tracked so the back office always knows where the field worker is located during work hours in relation to scheduled work for the day or in relation to newly submitted leads.
