FinPay V-Cat is an app for calling IC/MS cards, UnionPay cards, and cash receipt modules.
According to the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, which came into effect in July 2015, all payment devices must undergo security certification.
In accordance with the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, the payment service using a smartphone also requires security certification for the App and payment device (mobile reader).
FinPay V-Cat is an App provided by affiliates to solve the inconvenience of having to undergo security authentication. There is no need to obtain a separate security certification by interlocking.
FinPay V-Cat service requires a separate mobile reader payment device.
