It simplifies visitor check-in and sends real-time notifications through chat tools like Slack, Chatwork, and Microsoft Teams.

The app is fully customizable, allowing you to set up different buttons based on visitor types, change input fields, and personalize background images.
Whether your reception is staffed or not, this system works perfectly as an unattended front desk assistant.
Supported chat tools include:

The app is free to use initially, but after 31 days, a payment page will be displayed.
The app will be fixed and the buttons displayed at the top can be hidden.

Turn on app pinning
1. Open your phone's Settings app.
2. Tap Security or Security & location and then Advanced and then App pinning.
3. Turn on App pinning.
Pin a screen
After turning on app pinning:
1. Go to the screen you want to pin.
2. Swipe up to the middle of your screen.
3. At the top of the image, tap the app's icon.
4. Tap Pin .

•Set Buttons According to Visitor Purpose
You can create buttons tailored to different visitor purposes, such as "Job Applicant" or "Delivery Personnel." Each button can be configured with a specific notification destination (chat tool). Customize the text and images according to the purpose.
You can add as many buttons as you need. If there are too many buttons, they will appear within a scrollable area.
• Configure Input Fields Based on Visitor Purpose
You can set up input fields for "Visitor's Name" and "Contact Person's Name." These fields can be omitted if they are not needed.
• Specify Notification Destinations
For example, notifications for "Job Applicants" can be sent to Slack Channel A, while notifications for "Delivery Personnel" can be sent to Slack Channel B.
This allows for efficient communication without the need to forward calls manually.
[Standby Mode]
When Standby Mode is set to 'ON,' the screen will dim after 30 seconds of inactivity. Touching the screen will restore it.
[Background]
You can set any background image of your choice.

After 31 days of free use, a payment page will be displayed.
