Změna spouštění služby pro sledování času HDO, která zobrazuje aktuální sazbu v notifikaci. Od verze Android 12 již není možné automaticky spouštět službu na pozadí (např. po restartu zařízení). Nyní se zobrazí notifikace pro její ruční spuštění.
