ProntoPacco includes a network of withdrawal points called "Withdrawal Point" (PDR) and "Private Withdrawal Points" (PDRP), are part of both VAT holders and private individuals willing to receive shipments of products that are bought also online, giving the customer the opportunity to pass them to withdraw in comfort at the times pre agreed between the PDR / PDRP and Customer for collection.
The service consists exclusively in withdrawing and keeping what Client has bought (exclusively the one delivered by post or courier) to the same direct at a PDR / PDRP agreement with the same chosen Customer.
ProntoPacco is safe: your packages will be opened only by you, the collection points will deliver the package only to you!

The pick-up points always respect the times entered in their profile, both in summer and in winter. In this way it is impossible for your package to go into storage.
