The Teacher Management Information System (TMIS) was designed and developed for Federal and State Ministry of Education and UBEC/SUBEB.
The TMIS application software is designed to manage human resource data in order to enhance productivity in the personnel management of the basic education sub-sector. The software improved service delivery with a multiplier effect on fast data collection, processing, retrieval and effective/accurate short, medium and long-term human resource strategic planning in the sector.
