Staff can view Citizen Complaints/Grievances Assigned to them and update the status of grievance with Photo and close the grievance. App also has employee specific Dashboard to show the total statistics of the grievances & complaints handled. This app reduces the time for responding to citizen issues and effective monitoring and resolving issues in time.
